Bulk Migration

1 Pick index.html

Pick the local index.html that contains your existing collection JSON. This reads the data block — nothing is sent anywhere yet.

2 Pick images folder

Pick your local images/ folder so each card photo can be compressed and uploaded to your IONOS webspace.

3 Upload to Firebase

Compresses each photo in your browser, uploads it to IONOS via upload.php, then writes one Firestore document per card with the resulting URL.
