Plain-text database of MLB career awards. Each @SECTION introduces an award category. Lines starting with # are comments. Save once a year after the award season; the card editor's Auto-fetch reads from this file directly.

Career awards database

Single-source-of-truth plain-text file holding MVP / CY / ROY / Triple Crown / Batting Title / HOF / All-Star history. Update once a year after award season — the Auto-fetch in the card editor reads from this directly (instant, no scraping, no API call).

Used to auto-identify raw / ungraded cards from a scanned photo (gpt-4o-mini, ~$0.001/scan). Stored locally on this device and synced across the admin's devices via Firestore. Get an API key ↗

Import cards from a local index.html file and matching images/ folder.

Remove unused images

Scans the IONOS images/ folder and lists any files not referenced by a card. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

Normalize Catalog Numbers

Apply per-tab prefixes (RG / RR / AJR / AJNR / NR) to every existing card.

Snapshots are saved in your browser automatically after every add, edit, delete, or import. The last 30 are kept. Use Download to save a CSV file, or Restore to roll the collection back.

Bulk Migration

1 Pick index.html

Pick the local index.html that contains your existing collection JSON. This reads the data block — nothing is sent anywhere yet.

2 Pick images folder

Pick your local images/ folder so each card photo can be compressed and uploaded to your IONOS webspace.

3 Upload to Firebase

Compresses each photo in your browser, uploads it to IONOS via upload.php, then writes one Firestore document per card with the resulting URL.
